Accessibility

Care that’s open to everyone.

Every patient, family member, and referring provider should be able to use this site, whatever tools they rely on. We build with that in mind and keep improving.

Our commitment

We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These are the guidelines widely used to measure accessibility on the web, and the benchmark referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

What we have done

  • Semantic structure and page landmarks, so a screen reader can move by heading and region.
  • Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link.
  • Text color contrast designed to meet WCAG AA.
  • Respect for the system “reduce motion” setting.
  • Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Automated accessibility checks that run with every change.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is never finished. We test as we build and welcome feedback that helps us improve. If any part of this site is hard to use, please tell us, and we will work with you to get you the information you need in another way.
