What to Expect

What happens after you refer

From the moment we receive your referral, we take ownership of the process and keep both you and the patient informed every step of the way.

  • A clinical coordinator contacts the referring party within one business day

  • Insurance eligibility and authorization are verified at no cost to you

  • An individualized plan of care is developed with the physician

  • A licensed clinician performs the initial visit and assessment

  • Ongoing progress notes are shared with the referring provider
